History
Hachiko was found on the roadside leading to our shelter. He was resting in the shade of a tree, trying to escape the heat. To our surprise, when we stopped the vehicle, we saw he was dragging a long, heavy chain around his neck. The final link was broken… most likely, he had been tied up day and night in a field, living in misery.
One day, Hachiko had enough. He broke free and left that life behind. That’s how he came to us—not by chance, but because he knew we could change his future. And that’s exactly what we’re going to do. We’ll help him find a home where he’ll be loved and given the freedom he has always been denied.
